Absolute Worst Retail Experience of My LIFE!. Brides beware!! I bought all of my bridesmaid dresses here and the first time, they were wonderful, but I quickly found out that their courtesy ends at the cash register. My consultant Angelique was a doll, but the women I dealt with the two times I've been in since then were downright villainous, and they were managers!

This store is guilty of everything from false advertising to blunt, in-your-face rudeness. I have been given false pricing and information, been ignored, been called "the walk-in", had to endure my mother being called "her" or "she" instead of being addressed like a human being, and I've actually had one of my requests laughed at!

Save yourselves, ladies. All they want in this store is your money and once they get it, they won't give a damn about your feelings or your wedding. You can find much better quality dresses for the same price at other places that won't make you cry when you leave!…
