Purchased two laptops from these guys and they both broke within 3months of having them. HORRIBLE customer service, they are nice wen there taking your money but when you have a problem they want to charge you an ridiculous prices to fix anything.

DO USE THEM!!!. I have been using MIT computers for years out in Brandon, but recently moved to the south tampa area. I brought both of my computers in to their store recently to upgrade them. One of these computers required a new box, and reinstallation of most of the old hardware, the other needed a mystery fix. I found the tech that day who's name is Chris extremly helpful and honest. After work on all my computers since about 2005, I found the job done this exceptional and without one single issue. I have never had a computer run as smoothly as the one Chris rebuilt for me, I higly recommend this branch of stores to anyone if you want expert work and personable buisness dealings.

Rude horrible service!!. I checked in my computer for repair on 1/3/11 and after a week decided to walk in and saw my computer on the check in shelf still. I asked the sales guy (Mike) why it was taking long and he said it was currently being looked at. I then told him I saw it on the shelf and asked why he said that. I asked for the manager and he said he was. After two lies I asked for my computer back. He then said quote "jesus f'n christ man" grabbed my computer and shoved it to me and said never come back. I will definatly never come back to that crap service ever!

Fast and Affordable with Superb Service. I recently needed to upgrade my rather expensive computer and don't trust the yahoos at the big-box stores.

Inasmuch as I am somewhat savvy with computers, I prefer to have a pro do the crtical stuff. (BIOS, New Boot Drive etc.)

MIT Computers knows what they are doing and didn't try to upsell me with things I didn't need.

They were friendly and attentive and reliable. I know I made the right choice and they have earned all my business going forward.( I own 8 computers in my business. )

Superb service and great turnaround time!!!. MIT at Dale Mabry was not my first choice when my Laptop crashed but with the service and rapid turnaround time that I received, it's definitely going to be my first choice for any computer related quieries.

The customer service was brilliant. I left my Laptop at the store for a couple of days and I constantly receieved feedback on as to what the progress was. Before I knew it I had my laptop working perfectly fine.

I recommend if you are looking for good service and that extra personal touch wrapped up with quick return time you want to use the MIT Computers at South Dale Mabry.

Will continue to do business with this company.. I have been using this company for a while now and have not yet had anything negative to say about them. I am a very difficult person to please and I want things to be explained in a way that they make sense to someone who is not a computer tech. They have always done so with me.

Recently I have been having some abnormal problems with my wives laptop and I brought it into the store. They originally quoted me a price and later I was told that the motherboard was fried and that it would normally cost me much more to have it fixed but they were able to work it out with the manufacture and it did not cost me a penny more. I have confidence in this company to do right by me in the future.

Finding a good honest computer repair store is just like trying to find a good auto mechanic. Now all I have to do is find somewhere to take my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!
