Fun, Usually Good Food, Bit Pricey.... Excellent place in Downtown St Pete. Good food, excellent sangria (pricey but loaded with liquor and wine), and Flamenco dancing on Thursday and the weekends. I recommend the filet with cabrales (Spanish blue cheese), ceviche a la rusa, papas fritas, and espinacas (sauteed spinach with fig, honey and garlic). While you are there have a frozen shot of Snow Queen, excellent vodka and goes great with the flavorful food.
decent food, service can be bad.
I will go here sometimes because the food is pretty good (the patatas bravas are delicious)...buut the service can be awful. I've had to wait 10 minutes after being seated for a server to show up and then another 15 for a glass of water when the place wasn't that busy at the time. They also have a tendency to play their music way louder than necessary, I've had to yell across small tables before.
Overall, the food is good, but's it's not always worth dealing with the poor serivce and the overcrowded and loud atmosphere.
GREAT!!!. This is now officially my favorite restaurant in St. Pete, based on the food quality. The seafood tapas are so fresh, you can still see the fish moving. You need to order at least 2 dishes per person. Oh, and did I mentioned the food is GREAT!!!
Ceviche!. Ceviche and Sangria. The best anywhere. Ceviche de la Casa is great. Ceviche de la Rusa if you like Oysters! Sangria!!!!!!!!!!!! Attention City of St. Petersburg............Clean up your streets!!!!!!!!!!
