Disrespectful

We chose this office after being referred by a friend. A month into it, we were sorry we had picked them. We only saw the attorney once and he wrote up our fee agreement. During the process, we saw that we would not need a service that he had charged us for and we had already paid. We waited 8 months for a refund only to get a letter stating fees are non refundable. During our time with them, although very friendly, they appeared very disorganized and hard to reach. The manner in which the refund request was handled was extremely disrespectful. I will not use this firm again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. There are many attorneys around to pick from. We will not be going back here.
