HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I wanted to make it a special night for some family members who were coming to town. I called ahead to see if I needed to make a reservation and the girl said it’d be a good idea if I did just to make sure. When we arrived not only was the place empty but when it was time to sit our party of 5 there wasn’t a table available (I thought I made a reservation?!). Not only was the hostess cold and a rude, the table we were sat at was dirty and we had to wait in the “lounge” area while they cleared it.
Later we were shown to a different table and after waiting for over 15 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us I went back to the hostess and asked who our waiter was…Finally our waiter comes and takes our orders. 30 minutes later we get our food (remember it was empty and it’s freaking RAW food anyways…).
My dad asked for a Coke refill, the waiter comes back with the glass HALF full. It wasn’t like there was a foam head to settle… It was so ridiculous!
We are huge sushi eaters and go out often. For a place that’s been open such a short time in such a bad economy you’d think they’d go out of their way to make sure customers come back. I DO NOT recommend this place. Food was okay, service was horrible; the only thing they have going for them is the décor.
I would give it 0 stars because even 1 seems like too much (1 for decor)
