Don't shop their mail order (Ruby Lane). If you're not happy with your purchase, no matter what the reason, be prepared to pay a 20% restocking fee. Even if you feel the item is not functional. And don't expect them to be very friendly. They're only friendly when they're taking your money at the point of sale, not when they're taking your money with their restocking fee. Bought a crappy bracelet that I absolutely didn't like or felt worked properly and they refused to accept that saying they had 3 different employees wear it and "it was just fine." Riiiight.

Sell Gold For More - The Best Gold Price. I needed to sell gold and get the best gold price that I could. I went to three different places to check gold prices and silver prices. Arnold Jewelers paid me the most for my gold coins and silver coins. Then, I realized that they buy Rolex. easy place to do either buy or sell!. frendly honest people, when your selling they are the only store that will give you money for the stones in your jewelery where Most just give you a lower price just for your gold! by far best price to sell your used jewelry and antiques!

Great place to do business. I turned in some gold thinking it would be a few hundred dollars and actually recieved way more than I thought. I also made a friend. I would highly recommend them. The news has checked them out many times, while always getting excellent grade for service and honesty. they do pay the best you will find. I can't say enough great things. Stop in talk to them, you won't be diappointed. They also have some amazing jewerly.
