Terrible Management.
I took my car into sears automotive at 8:15 am. I was told they would call me in half an hour to tell me what was wrong. I came back one and half hours later and found my call up on a mount and when I saw the clerk I checked in with he apologized and said he forgot to call me. I immediately authorized the job and was told it would be done within the hour. I came back an hour and half later and found they hadn?t started; it was still up on a lift. I came back an hour after that and they said it would be done soon, I saw they had started working on it. When I went it in there I requested 3 services, a tire alignment/rotation, the correction of a vibration, and an oil change. It took them over 4 hours and they only corrected the vibration. I called and asked to speak with the manager when I got home. I was told he was out of the office and would call me back. He never did. I?m an optimist, but this was a really negative experience! Just terrible.
