All around perfect salon!. Salon West is a very professional salon with highly experienced staff! I have been a client for years and have recently transferred to the Walsingham location due to convenience and have never been happier with the customer service and care. My stylist is very skilled and I constantly get compliments on my style and color when I am out. I would recommend Salon West to anyone looking for a talent-filled and professional salon.

Great experience!!. I have been coming to Salon West for about a year and I would never go anywhere else! Everyone is always very professional yet warm and welcoming. My stylist always asks me what I like and didn't like about my last hair appt and always tries to exceed my expectations each new visit. The best part is, I always end up LOVING my hair every time. I recently treated myself to the pick 3 for $99.00 and my nails and facial turned out wonderful as well, not to mention a very relaxing experience!! I always look forward to each hair appointment and I love how I get treated to wine and a hand massage. My stylist turned switched me to Purology which is the best hair line I have ever used...my hair has never looked better.

Disappointed. Went for consult about Keratin protein smoother w/ Catherine & quoted 300-400. Told I would only need to touch up hair w/ flat iron once in awhile. My hair would produce good results since it wasn't real curly just a little wavy. Charged 450, & I have to use flat iron EVERYDAY. I have breakage, I am not sure why. I was at function in Tampa and hairdresser who does this process said my hair should have turned out much smoother. Not sure what went wrong. 450 down the drain, not going back.

Because of our desire to provide excellent service to our guests, it is the policy of Salon West to address any issues that are brought to our attention. We go to great lengths to follow up with every new guest to make sure that the services that we provide are exceptional and that each guest is completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any problems that she was having and did not have an opportunity to correct or provide a remedy. It is difficult to say what the problems were with Miss Gibson's treatment and I understand her frustrations paying for a service and not getting the results that were desired or anticipated. Unfortunately a considerable amount of time has passed and it will be difficult to assess what may have happened and what may have prevented the desired result. I will reach out to her. I will say that if Miss Gibson Flat Irons her hair everyday as she states, that is the reason for the hair breaking off.
