A great place to relax. I purchased a community appreciation certificate, which I was leary to purchase... But was pleasantly surprised when I set my appointment and went into Planet Beach of Carrollwood. The greeting was friendly, the spa was impeccably clean, and I was so into the services that they allowed me to trade in my certificate towards a membership!!! I'm on board and living the Planet Beach lifestyle!!

DO NOT JOIN!!!! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!. I'm sure other locations are better but these are the worst people/business I have ever dealt with. THEY TELL YOUE VERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE FEES, but everytime you use a service, get ready to shell another 10/20 bucks! I've been trying to cancel since August and they keep billing me! These people are a nightmare!!!!!!! Don't try calling or emailing, they won't respond, and even when you walk in to clear up a matter they say "a manager" is not there to help. The worker bees there make you feel uncomfortable every time you walk in the door to make you buy something. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
