This bar is expensive and offers little to anyone other than the locals.
If you are going to spend your money I would recommend the numerous bars on St Pete Beach and up the coast that offer water and beach views, live entertainment and fresh air as they charge the same and provide so much more.
If you want to be overcharged, treated rudely by some of the staff and smell like a dirty ashtray when you leave, Smugglers would be your best bet...otherwise, I say PASS on this hole in the wall !!!!
