This place is so great. I don't know what is wrong with the other guy that wrote a review. This place is like no other storage facility you have ever been to. The office is clean. The property is clean, and not scary. But the best part is the staff!!! They actually care about people and they are really funny. They really helped my husband and I with a oneway Uhaul rental from MA to FL on what is apparently a very busy UHaul weekend. Thank you Tropicana and keep smiling :-)

Good luck with this one. Called in and received a price of $125 for a storage unit on the first floor. Showed up about an hour later....3:30 on a Friday, the front door was locked. Knocked and waited with no one answering. Went around the side and found a door open. It seems I was Interrupting the counter guy in the middle of what sounded like a personal call.

Told him I was looking for storage and the size, he said they had that unit on the second floor for $175. Told him I had called in and was told, first floor for $125. He allowed as how he couldn't get hold of the person I had talked with and I should fill in a contract and we would work out the price later. Told him I would not fill in a contract until I had the quoted price of $125. He then pointed at the door and said we were done here.

Maybe if you don't interrupt his phone call you'll have better luck.
