I was a little hesitantly taking my truck here when I saw the other review above but I was in a bind and after calling around they were the only one in the area that said they could have me in and out within my lunch hour, after work that day I had to take a drive to Orlando and I wanted a couple things done.

Well when I got there I was greeted by the owner himself which treated me great. I was skeptical about the time and kept starring at the clock and he came back into the waiting area I was half expecting him to say it was going to take longer than expected BUT to my surprise he grabbed the estimate sheet and my keys and said I was ready to go. I will be back!

Arctic Freeze is The "Go-To" shop for me. They have come through for me from everything from oil changes to engine work. I recently had them do some work on my mother's car for half the price that a different shop was trying to charge us.

Arctic freeze has been my choice of mechanic for 3 years now, and have always stood by there work and taken good care of me.

I even had a repair that was way past warranty, a full year, and in an effort to help me out they cut me a huge discount and really took care of me.

I like that you can talk with the tech's and get thorough explanations of whats going on.

Brett is extremely friendly, helpful and caring.

started doing business a little over year ago, tried to have them fix an oil leak. it never was fixed, told them the oil leak never stopped on diff visits to them was told it would be checked, the kept putting me off now their repairs are no longer under warranty and my car still leaks oil!

IGUESS THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY WIFE IN MY ABSENCE

I brought my car to quite a few repair shops and no one was able to figure out what was wrong with it. I had never heard of Arctic Freeze, I actually just happened to drive by it and thought I’d pull in and ask if they could help. Hey, by this point, I had nothing to lose. They guys there were beyond fantastic. I mean, I was hoping to make an appointment to bring my car in sometime that week but after explaining what I’d been dealing with, they looked under the hood right then and there. I had a couple of hours to spare so I walked across the street, got a sandwich, took my time, but by the time I walked back to the shop they had ALREADY figured out my problem!! Needless to say I was ecstatic… They repaired the problem, at a great price and even called a few days later to follow up with me and make sure everything was running alright. I would absolutely recommend Arctic Freeze to anyone that needs repair work done on their car/truck. And they have gained a customer for life in me!

A+ service, 100% satisfied customer. I called when my car overheated and was delighted to hear that they offer free towing. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem immediately. The salesman explained what my issue was and all fees along with the warranty on parts and labor. They even drove me home while they did the work. The price was very fair and the employees knowledgeable. It was the best experience I have had with a garage and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I found that they had reasonable prices, the service was quick, and the mechanics were friendly. I felt even more satisfied and comfortable with my choice of an auto repair shop when the owner himself invited me into the garage to actually show me where the problem was.

I bought my 2006 used Montero Sport 9 months ago, it ran like a champ and had a 90 day dealer warranty. My AC was cold and I was happy with my choice. I had no problems with it until last month. I called the dealership and was quoted an outrageous price! I was stranded on the side of the road and started calling around towing companys. Im in no way rich and was begining to panic. I called my cousin and he told me arctic freeze offered a free tow, does quality work with reasonable prices. To my suprise all of this was true! Thanks Arctic Freeze!
