Wow !!!! What a great experience. After trying many salons to find someone who could do a good job, be creative, and give you the feeling that your are a valued customer. I had really given up.Too many times I have felt rushed, with lots of promises of a new look, just to leave with the feeling that this is the style I came in with slightly trimmed up, but no new or fresh look. Today I found the best hair salon I have experienced in Tampa Bay. Roberto took the time to discuss with me what type of cut I was looking for, asked me my likes and dislikes and made me feel like I was his most important customer! I experienced great customer service, and a creative, new cut that was simply awsome!!!

Thanks Roberto, see you next week for a color.

Striking hair color, cut and look by Roberto @ Pose. I just had to get home to write this review. Here is my story in a nutshell:

I have been to the best salon's, paid top dollar and bought the best products for the last ten years. On an average I was "satisfied" with the services rendered with a few real awful experiences. However, I never walked away feeling, like someone just made me look younger, sexy and beautiful. I always felt like, "wow, that was a lot of money and my color fades soon, or my hair gets dry, etc.. etc...

I decided to switch salon's one last time since the one I was going to easily ended in a huge bill. I saw in "AD" in TBT for a new Hair Studio called, POSE.

THANK YOU ROBERTO!!!

I got the look, I felt like striking a Pose! My hair felt and looked soft and shiny! The color was great!!! Roberto works like a painter doing a work of art on a tapestry!

Best of all, he didn't use a ton of products once my hair was done. I am not fond of a ton of things in my hair, (spray, sticky stuff, more gel) etc.. He just worked his magic and I love it!!!

I will be a client forever, Roberto...
