I rarely take the time to write a review, however I was so pleased with my experience and I believe everyone should know about the tremendous customer service here. Right from the start, the staff treated me like they had known me for years, even though it was my first visit. Everyone greeted me with smiles and they all did their best to make sure I felt comfortable. The doctor spent a ton of time with me explaining everything in great detail. I had laser and filler on a Friday afternoon and because they were closed over the weekend, the owner gave me her personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. The entire experience was PURE EXCELLENCE.

I agree with the first review- Never go to this medspa. The owner, Dana, is as evil as they come! You can hear her through the door of your treatment room screaming at the nurses using the most vulgar, vial language. Then when she comes into your treatment room she is disgustingly sweet, however still extremely loud! She uses this exorbitantly false sweetness to try and hard sell you into expensive fillers and treatments! She also looks so overfilled and has horribly injected fake looking lips that all of this was enough to scare me away and never return! I have had several cosmetic procedures at several locations all over the US and never have I had such a horrible experience!

Great Place! I am very happy with the results of my Botox. After several consultations at other places, I had a consultation with the doctor here. The doctor told me I needed less Botox then I was told I needed at other places. I actually saved money by having my Botox done here. I am very happy with the results of my Botox. I scheduled a microdermabrasion next week. I am very excited I found this place and I have already recommended it to my friends. So happy I found this place!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Take my advise and NEVER EVER have anything done at this medspa. I had injectables done and the Doctor Cross did NOT listen to what I was asking and also does NOT know what she is doing! My face is completely lopsided and I have a huge lump on my chin. The filler I received is semi permanant and now there is nothing I can do. I tried calling the office manager, Dana who never returned my calls.

I am very happy with all of the treatments I have received at Lecada. Everyone is very professional and doesn't try to sell you products and services you do not need. I appreciated their honesty and concern for what was the best plan for me. I am thrilled with my results and will continue to recommend them to all.

The magic of Lecada's dermal fillers took years off my face but my neck could not hide my age (58). I have had four Exilis skin tightening treatments and am amazed at the result. The procedures were painless, took under an hour, and I had no recovery time. Lecada's staff made sure I was comfortable, informed, and followed up with phone calls to make sure I was satisfied. Improvement was visible after the 2nd treatment (4 were recommended) and it continues to get better. I was so happy with outcome, I had my upper arms done, as well. Thanks, Lecada...I've ditched the scarves and am wearing sleeveless tops again!

I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my visit. The staff was welcoming and the treatment with the physician was the best I have experienced in the area. The attention to detail throughout my appointment was second to none. I highly recommend Lecada.

I had an EXILIS treatment done at Lecada Medical Artistry in South Tampa. I was told it is "FDA approved", "perfectly safe" and "completely painless" but by the evening of my treatment I was in SEVERE PAIN and my abdomen was so swollen, I looked pregnant. The very next day I called Lecada and told them I needed to see the doctor because something was obviously wrong. They transferred from person to person until I finally was able to speak the the nurse, Kerry McDonald. I explained to her that I was in as much pain as "post surgery", but she just down played it telling me I probably wasn't drinking enough water. I explained that I drank more than 100 oz per day but she said there was not a doctor in the office. She did NOTHING for me! I left a message for the owner, Dana Martinez to call me. A few days later, a knot appeared in my lower abdomen. I became VERY CONCERNED. I called several times over the next 10 days, complaining of pain and asking to speak to Dana. On the tenth day, Dana FINALLY called me back but AGAIN, I was informed the doctor was NOT in the office on that day either! She scheduled an appointment for me to see the doctor the following Tuesday, which was four more days away. The nurse and the doctor examined me but refused to do an ultrasound to find out why I had a knot or nodule of some sort on my abdomen, although they both clearly stated they could feel it. They refused to HELP ME! Dana, the owner, had LIED to me many times in several emails and making excuses as to why they were NOT helping me with this medical problem. They did NOTHING for me except ABANDON me! They sent me out the door, and I NEVER got to speak to Dana in person or ever MEET her, not one time! They were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the nurse, Kerry was extremely rude, unprofessional, and did NOT act like a NURSE in the least bit.

Since having the procedure, I have also discovered to my knowledge, the EXILIS procedure is NOT "FDA approved" for "FAT REMOVAL", but for wrinkles.
