Be Careful! Do Your Research!. I found this link:

and feel it is really sad and dis-heatning that a yoga studio or company would be involved in a lawsuit about copyright infringement. From this lawsuit Bikram Choudhury must feel Evolation "stole" his ideas and are using his name improperly. Whether you agree with Bikram or not "stealing" is "stealing. " I guarantee if someone took Evolation's business model and opened up a bunch of studios this Evolation would sue whoever did it.

This lawsuit is a sad state of affairs for the Yoga community that a "Yoga" company would engage in a practice that could even warrant a lawsuit...In addition, this company continues to use his name on their Web site and marketing materials ... It is pretty obvious by this lawsuit that Mr. Choudhury wants nothing to do with this company right?...This must also means you are probably not getting what you paid for and that these teachers at these studios are probably not trained by Mr. Choudhury either... So be careful and do your research.
