Please don't be conned by these people!!!. This is one of those gyms that have those contracts that end up being a nightmare. You end up being continuously charged after your agreed term is up and it takes two billing cycles for your letter of cancellation to go through. Really inconvenient class times. The lady Lisa who answers the phones is horribly rude. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this business.

HORRIBLE Customer service, terrible class times. I have had an awful experience with this gym. Before you sign up they swear that they are expanding class times and they try and make it sound as though they work with you. The times of classes only got more inconvenient and they said there was nothing they could do when they changed the schedule and I could no longer attend. I am suckered out of my money every month for a gym I can't even go to! What goes around comes around, I guess....

BEWARE!!! DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!. I signed a 12 month agreement with this gym. During the course of this agreement I became pregnant and unfortunately was put on bed rest for the most of my pregnancy. This gym told me that even with a doctor's demand and letter, it was not their problem. They fail to tell you that buried in the contract that you are rushed through to sign, it has a claus stating, the only way to get out of the contract is possibly death. POSSIBLY death. If you lose your job, have health problems that prohibit you, you move, it doesn't matter!! They will take your money with no remorse or concern for your well being. THEN they don't bother to tell you that there is a SIXTY day cancellation letter policy!! Ridiculous! There aren't any convenient classes. No one is ever there! IT'S A HOAX TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT DO IT, I WARN YOU!!!!!!

Great Gym.. This is a great gym. It is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly.

Beware: the contract stipulates a 60 day cancellation letter. They will continue to charge you monthly after your initial term has been fulfilled.

Awesome W/O. WOW! What an amazing workout. I made an appoinment to speak with someone and get a tour of the gym. I spoke to Lisa at the South Tampa location and what a huge help she was. She was so nice and she explained everything to me, there were no hidden tricks like most gyms and she told me everything we would be doing in class. The experience I had was awesome! I signed up 3 months ago I have lost 2 inches from my waist and 18 pounds. Just in time for summer. You can too. Check them out. Very nice, clean facilities and they have 3. One in South Tampa, Westchase and a new one opening in Wesley Chapel and you can use all of them with one membership at no extra cost. Finally a gym that you pay for and you see results unlike the others in Tampa.
