This Place is closed and most of the negative reviews on here were fake. They were done by disgruntled employees that didn't want to do the Groupons they originally wanted to do.

Overall I wouldnt reccomend this place. When we first arrived it seemed like a very nice place. The staff were friendly and the decor is very relaxing. I went with my mother and we were side by side getting our manicures. My manicure was started 10 minutes before hers, but she somehow managed to get done before me. Our manicures were done completely different. Then we went to get our pedicures. The room they take you in was very nice and the chocolate wine was a welcome treat. The manicure itself not so much. The girl that did my pedicure managed to file so hard on one of my toes that she caused it to bleed. No apologies were given. After we left I was looking at my manicure and I was not impressed. The second layer of polish was very noticeable since it stopped midway down my nails. The place has promise but the employees need more experience especially for the prices that they are charging. There also needs to be a consistancy (sp) between the employees.

HORRIBLE! Full Set Pink & White Nail Job. Based on the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I had a wedding that I was attending that weekend and I scheduled for a Full Set Pink & White nail job. I usually have my nails done at a regular nail salon, but this time I decided that I would treat myself to a spa salon, figuring that I would get the utmost treatment.

When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello by the receptionist, Rachel. She took me back and said that she'd be doing my nails for today. Although she was a very nice girl. In my opinion, she had no idea what she was doing.

1) She never pushed back my cuticles. It's only been 3 days and I already need them to be filled.

2) She never preped my natural nails before placing the Gel on top.

3) The tips that were put on my nails were sized incorrectly. The tips on my left hand did not match the tips on my right. One was glued on so crooked that I had to ask her to re-do it.

4) The final clear coat polish that was applied to my nails started to chip the very next day.

Besides the horrible nail job from Rachel, The owner Regina was very unprofessional and was talking on the phone the entire time as she was doing the nails for the woman who sat next to me. She was very loud and acted like a child.

I spent way too much money for the service that I received. Next time I'll just go to the hole in the wall nail salon up the street from my house. They may not speak English, But Atleast I'll know that I'll be getting my monies worth there.

Would love to know but don't yet. I had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday to get a mani/pedi for a wedding that weekend. I was called Tuesday to be told I could not have my appointment because the person I was scheduled with could not make the appointment. Then I was told I could not come in until later in the week. Well excuse me, I guess I will be at your beck and call. When I explained this date was not flexible because of the wedding no efforts were made to get me in on the day I needed. I understand things come up, but I didn't really get an apology. I was treated as if my appointment was an inconvenience because now it has to be cancelled. I hope when I actually do get to go in for my appointment at some point the experience is better than what I have seen so far. It is very unprofessional to call someone the day before a spa appointment and tell them it is cancelled.

Wonderful Spa. Polish is a relaxing beautiful place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Regina is the best and does awesome work! I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Polish for a relaxing spa experience.

Great Day Spa. I love this day spa. The expansion in October looks great. I see the ex employee fake review on Aug 4th still hasn't been removed. That is absolutely awful. This Day Spa is definitely a place to try. Don't miss out. I love the attention to detail and my services are always great. I get the Shellac and Axxium no chip manicure all the time. I like that they have them both so I have more color choices. If you want to be pampered and enjoy yourself I highly recommend going.

dirty spa and unprofessional people. My friend and I went to this "spa" and were scared when we opened the door. Not only did they have a little dog yapping at us when we came in but the whole place was dirty. Dust everywhere, the floors were dirty and the trash was over flowing. I went into the bathroom and they had a used dog pee pad in there! How gross!

My friend got a brazillian wax and during her service the "owner" kept coming in the room to ask the waxer questions with no regard to what was being done. She felt very uncomfortable and was very upset when she left.

I had my nails done by Regina and it was the worst experience. she is VERY UNPROFESIONAL! She kept stopping what she was doing to text and talk on her phone. I feel that when I am in a "spa environment" I should be relaxed. I certainly was not and neither was my friend.

I would NEVER go back, even if you payed me!! I dont reccommend anyone going either.

Cozy Day Spa. I loved going to this day spa. I felt very comfortable getting all my services done in a relaxed atmosphere. My face was glowing after my treatments. I loved my hair after I went with the stylist's recommendation. And to finish my spa day, I got my nails and toes done! Love it!

THE BEST SPA !!!!!!!!!. I was told about Polish from a friend, I will admit I was a little liery about trying them out,but I did and OMG it was the best ever. I had the best & most relaxing facial,I enjoyed it soooo much that I booked a bodywrap and scrub for the next day WOW!,I was also very impressed with the woman who work there,they were sooo friendly.
