Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Historic surroundings and a lobby with a fireplace.. The Scene
You can't judge a hotel by its name, as this place proves. It isn't your typical chain property. Located in downtown St. Petersburg, the historic building has been upgraded, but many nostalgic touches remain. Popular with business people and international visitors, it has an inviting lobby with wood floors and a front desk that brings to mind a European boutique hotel.

The Details
This hotel is modest in size with only 71 rooms and ten suites. Accommodations are spacious and feature bathrooms with antique tubs and pedestal sinks. The meeting space is equally modest, offering 3,100 square-feet for intimate, private functions. On-site Jillian's is one of the best-reviewed restaurants in the city. But perhaps the best feature of this place is its proximity to most downtown attractions, including museums and BayWalk, a new entertainment complex with dining venues, a mega-plex movie theater and lots of nightlife. The waterfront is three blocks away.
