Not very welcoming nore relaxing. I went to Venus and Mars looking to relax and feel a little less stressed from work. What I got was a moody woman who did the absolut worst facial ever. To the point that I went and had it redone somewhere else. The woman did not even speack a word to me and she had a mean hateful face the whole time. She has no clue how to give a massage and for those prices I really expected a better service. It was a horrible experience.

Loved my Pedicure and New Nails.
I loved my experience at Venus & Mars. I had my pedi. first and it was WONDERFUL! Relaxing music played while I had my feet pampered, not once was I hurt, I almost fell asleep. Then I had gel nails put on and I have loved having beautiful hands again. I am excited to go back and I will be taking all my girlfriends when they come to visit me in Tampa.

Not a place to relax. I love getting facials and decided to try Venus and Mars. It was the complete opposite of what I am used to. The only two times the esthetician spoke to me was to tell me to go to the bathroom before we enter the room and at the end where she said 'here is some water'. The facial was worse than uncomfortable and the massage consisted of scratching me several times with her nails. Sorry to say that I won't be going back.

Wonderful atmosphere. This has been my first experience at a spa that I've gone back to more than once. The women are so nice and always smiling. The experience is pleasant and soothing, even if you're getting something painful done. Prices are very reasonable and they are accomodating. My only wish is that their hours were later in the day for those of us that get off work at 5 or later.

*** BEST SPA IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA *** These ladies are wonderful!!! Their attention to detail is AMAZING!! Try the capsule before a massage, get one of M's fabulous facials & cap it off with a deluxe spa pedicure!! It doesn't get any better!!
