Great Experience. I had a great experience with Allcases. I needed a projector case and I wanted a hard case to protect it during shipping. The intelligent and knowledgeable sales staff helped me decide on a great rolling case. I purchased a custom foam with it as well and I am so happy about my decision to buy a custom foam. My projector fits well in the case and the foam is very high quality. I've shipped my projector in my case many times and it always arrives in one piece. Bravo Allcases! Any one in need for a custom foam should go to Allcases. Highly recommended!

Allcases, Oldsmar, FL. Unfortunately my experience with AllCases was the very worst one I ever had purchasing products on the Web (I do it a lot). Here it is why:

March 23 -- I placed my order and immediately received standard confirmation with promise to notify me about shipping (as it should be).

March 24 -- my account was charged for $142.71

March 30 -- I sent inquiry about my order status; no response.

April 1 -- I sent 2nd inquiry, and got answer that my order "scheduled to ship on 4/6/11".

April 8 -- I sent 3rd inquiry about shipment; no response.

April 12 -- I notified company that if I do not hear from them in 24 h, I would address this issue to the third party, and got response that the order "will ship tomorrow" (i.e. on April 13).

April 15 (not April 13)-- order shipped.

April 20 -- order delivered.

I.e. it took: 3/23 -- 4/20 to complete the purchase.
