I took my new T-Mobile "My Touch" cell phone in today to possibly exchange as it is hurting my body. Inside the 14 days of purchase exchange period. Lisa the representative at this store said "I've never heard of anyone having that problem". No solution, no options of what could be done was offered. I told her just because she hadn't heard of it didn't mean I wasn't having a problem, so she disappeared in the back to supposedly speak to her T-Mobile rep, returned and said he had never heard of the problem either. Again, no option, no solution offered. She finally said maybe the store that sold it to me could help.
So I called Radio Shack at Northeast, told them the problem and they said.... "NO PROBLEM", they have had that happen to other people & the best solution was to use a head set, but if I wanted to come in this evening they would let me try out other phones and that Radio Shack has 30 day exchange policy.
