Rusty Lankford At Salon Lofts!!.
Rusty is the best!! I came in to see Rusty for a smoothing treatment on my hair. I have very thick wavy hair, and with the humidity here in Tampa, the FRIZZ is sometimes more than I can bear! But Rusty worked wonders, he used a Surface product on my hair and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier, My hair is smooth and silky and so easy to manage now!
