DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Damaged multiple pieces of furniture & broke front-loading washing machine. Washing machine had broken shocks, water pump & drum. Workers were slow, lazy, & rude. If I can dissuade 1 person from using this company, then my job is done.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. Avoid at all costs. They STOLE hundreds of dollars of alcohol from me while moving! They also damaged several pieces of furniture and the walls while moving into the new place. When I tried contacting the business owner David Lee, he was terribly rude and ended up hanging up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, to which this company has not responded. Avoid avoid avoid!

Don't use this company! The owner has a history of treating customers and especially women rudely. My daughter received a quote from this company via text and scheduled a move. The day of the move the company did not show up. My daughter called the owner and he said he did not have her scheduled and didn't move people for the price quoted (it was the price advertised on his web page). Even though he knew her name he constantly referred to her as "Lady". Not only that but he swore at her and hung up on her. When I called him he was very nice because I was a male. He did not have an excuse for me and offered to try and make it out in the afternoon. I said he treated my daughter very differently then me at which point he reverted back to his normal behavior and was rude and hung up on me. "Your Best Move" has a track record of treating their clients rudely....citysearch says he has a 52% satisfaction rating. Which means if you hire them you have 48% chance of his company treating you rudely, not showing up, price gouging you, or ruining your furniture. Do you want to take that chance? Your money is better spent elsewhere. I wonder how he treats his employees?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did not show up on time. They scratched every wood furniture we owned, moved uber slow and they forgot to unload everything at the end of the day. We were missing a bed part... I called them on Sunday to leave a message but someone answered so I explained the situation. There was no apology and the guy told me to call on Monday. I asked if I could leave a message and someone could get back to me first thing in the morning and he basically said no. Not professional at all. Waste of money and you will get your furniture ruined. You get what you pay for. Better to pay for a whole day to some trusted professionals. This company may sound so good when they call, don't be deceived!!

Please do NOT use this company! A family member had a good experience so we went with them. Movers were supposed to show at 9am so I missed work to meet them. I had everything packed and moved except for 6 large pieces of furniture. I received conflicting stories about why they were running late, and they didn't show up until 2pm! I missed a full day of work. Movers showed up and were very slow, one was injured and had a bruise on his entire thigh...I paid them by the hour while this young man was limping and trying to move my furniture! Their ad says $65 per hour and their truck says $65 per hour but they insisted that their rate is $70 since I did not ask for the $65 rate before I hired them? Really? Items were handled roughly with some damages. Long story short, I did all of the prep work to make the move quick, I actually had to move most of it myself since one of the guys was hurt, I missed a day of work, I was charged more than the advertised price, and the move of a few pieces took this super slow and rude crew 4 HOURS! They tacked on a service fee of $70 and a supply fee of $70 for saran wrap! My total bill was $450 after all extra charges! This move could've been done in 1 maybe 2 hours since the rest of the house was completely moved. The manager is rude and hung up on my wife when we were calling him about the rate, tardiness of the crew, damages, and the slowness of the crew. When we got to the new home to unload ( I had to follow to help since the guy was hurt) the driver said his boss changed this contract to a cash only contract and if we didn't pay in cash he was going to leave with our furniture!!! He would not unload until we paid cash! He was actually charging us by the hour while he was waiting for us to go to the ATM and they waited with the truck! Unbelievable. Also he promised me that we would get a follow up from an appraiser for damages to furniture to be repaired.......still waiting!!! This was last month. Please do not use this company! They will milk the time and charge you extra fees, if you don't pay the fees they will try to keep your furniture!

" excellent service " " great price '. We moved into our new home on 8-2-12 . We hired Your Best Move to do the job . Alot had to do with the price , 70 dollars per hour . This was the lowest rate we found . The movers arrived at 9 am got rite to work and did a grate job . WOW a low rate and good service . how maney times do you get that ? We will use this company again . And we recommend them to any one looking for a mover .

I called Your Best Move out to move my 4 bedroom house. Everything on the move was going well, they were almost loaded when I got a call from the bank saying that my closing didn't go through, or rather they didn't now that the closing was today. Thats a whole different review, that ill be writing for Bank of America later. At this point all of my stuff was on the truck, and I had the new buyers of my house waiting to get in. This is where Your Best Move really came through for me. They held my stuff on the truck for 3 nights for me until my closing went through. I can't begin to describe the time, money and hassle that they saved me by doing this. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. A BIG Than You to YOUR BEST MOVE

I called these guys, after checking out a few companies, because they had really good rates, compared to other companies. I didnt have a very large move, just a one bedroom apartment, but I do have a few really large pieces of furniture coming down off of the third floor. The guys showed up on time, and worked steady with a good attitude. Most importantly they didn't damage anything coming down the stars. I would use them again, and would recommend to friends.
