I love this place. The wait staff knows how to please, the food is fantastic, and the owner is a gem.

We spend the winter months here in Lutz and we eat at Splash as often as possible.

You get what you pay for and at Splash you never feel cheated. We had dinner there tonight,12-13 and the waitress we had was fantastic, the risotto is to die for as well as the crab cakes I enjoyed.

You miss going to Splash and it`s your loss.

Don`t change a thing guys, you have got everything dialed in to perfection -- IMO!!!

What a disappointment

I was so looking forward to a great meal, but I was really disappointed. My Husband's tilapia was so fishy we could't take more than 1 bite. It had to be rotten. My shrimp and scallops was undercooked and horrible. We literally ate 1 bite and couldn't eat more. The waitress didn't even notice. She was clearly having a bad night because she was being short and rude. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The one thing that was nice was that the manager came by to ask how the meal tasted. Unfortunately we chose not to tell the truth. That was our mistake. I hope we all learn from this and tell the truth on our dissatisfaction on our true feelings, it only benefits all of us!
