Worst service ever. Decided to try it after purchasing a coupon. Upon ordering the Manager was helpful with the menu. However, he messed up punching in our order from the get go and we had to sort it out. We pay and then are told to have a seat and they will call my name. Now at this point we were the only three in the place.

We sat for quite some time before the order was ever ready. The funny part was that when we were ordering, the two employees just stoood there listening to us order. They did not make any attempt to drop our fries or onion rings in the fryer to speed things up.

I sat down with our orders and all three of us had our orders wrong. I brought the food back up and explained what was wrong. After stairing at me blankly for a minute I asked if they would remake our food correct.

At this time another gentleman came in by himself and placed a to go order. We continued to sit in our seats and wait for or correct orders. We heard burgers hit the grill and assumed they were cooking ours. It seemed as though we waiting about 10 minutes and next thing you know, they call the man's name and handed him his order. I walked up thinking our food was to follow, but to my suprise, they never even started cooking our food.

I was shocked and the entire time the manager was no where to be seen. The management and employees there don't deserve to work anything but a street corner. I will never go back.

Horrible Food; Horrible Management. Food has no flavor and I have never received a correct order. The Management staff is unpolite and uncaring of the poor service they provide. I highly recommend not eating at this establishment. FIve Guys Burgers is 110% better!
