My son & I were in the car in the driveway. We pushed the button for the gargage door to go down. There was a loud noise. When we looked up the door had come off the tracks. It was hanging by two rollers & a cable. It looked like it would come the rest of the way down any minute. We went in the house to consult the phone book & Angie's list. I found Precision Door Service, that advertised 24 hour emergency service. I called & they had someone out in 2 hours. He was able to tell us that the opener had malfunctioned & pulled the door off track. He was not able to do the repairs, but he did give us a quote & scheduled the installation of a new door & opener for the next afternoon. The installer came the next day - on time. The installation went smoothly, the door looks great & the opener works perfectly.
