DON'T ANSWER PHONE. When they do answer they put you on hold--for more than a couple minutes. It's like only 1 person is working, they didn't seem too busy when I was there.
tires. i have bought about 10 tires from here this time was a nightmare my 16 year old daughter went to get 2 tires on the front of here car she waited along time she drove away the the lugnuts break off its now 4 days later the car is not right they said we had the wrong nuts to start with the car drove great since we bought it in oct its 4 day missed one day of work and late one day im going to let as many people i can about this i work for a pizza chain i see alot of people every day…
Horrible Service very unprofessional.
I ordered a pair of tires on ebay on a tuesday and paid for them. I checked to see the status of the tires on that saturday and they showed that they had not been picked up yet.
I had to call the store three times just to get a hold of someone only to have them pick up the phone and make me wait two minutes while they yelled across the store.
I called them on monday to remind them to ship the tires and the guy assured me they would go out that day.
I checked back that night using the tracking number they provided only for it to say that they printed the shipping label last tuesday but have not scheduled a pickup.
