Vacation Destination

I was in Tampa for my mothers back surgery, in from Indiana. What we found at City Fish is an establishment I will not ever drive through Florida without stopping at. From the beautiful ambience and beautiful staff. To the AMAZING food and the expertly mixed drinks. Our server was the picture of gorgeous and was sweeter than southern iced tea. She made great suggestions as to what was freshest and the tastiest things on the menu. She was told of my mothers impending surgery and actually saw fit to write her a little note of well wishes! That's above the call of duty when it comes to service. The food itself was maddeningly good, I really wanted to go all Roman style and sit there ordering different things until I simply had to be wheeled to a taxi and rolled into bed. I've not had a meal that equalled it. I say for all travellers you should go, ask for Sonia.

Okay place

Nothing special

Sea Bass didn't smell or taste right and a manager didn't even visit my table...

Average at best

Place was pretty empty on a Friday night. Food was average (I had the Mahi) and the service was really bad. No manager to be found. Will not return anytime soon.

Great food, portions and music

We had a great time, sat out on the patio. The service was great and the food was fantastic. The prices were very worth it! The music is live jazz on Tuesday,Wednesdays and Saturdays. Loved every minute of our evening. Can't wait to go back.
