Bad food bad service. i called and ordered after reading the reviews and i was not impressed at all. it took 4 times to call before they answered the phone first off. they read the order all wrong. it took over an hour when i was quoted 30-40. food was not only cold, but so was the driver. not to mention the order i received was not even mine. he was not professional at all and looked like he just walked out of bed. when calling to complain, they called me a liar. i will never order from this place again.

Great Food. Got a flyer on my door, figured I would try them out, the menu looked very appealling and they DELIVER!!

The person who answered the phone was kind of new so she had to ask another enployee for some of the answers to my questions which was fine. After ordering everything, she read the order back to make sure it was right, I really liked that. The delivery took a little longer than they stated on the phone but nothing longer than most other delivery places. When the food arrived it was still nice and hot, a little sauce leaked out of the container into the bag but not an issue. I was really surprised at the size of the wings nice and meaty (I usually order from Wing Street...small wings) The garlic parmesain sauce was awesome and so were the fries. Onion rings could have been cooked a little more but still were good. The delivery driver as well as the person on the phone were nice and polite.

Only complaint I really had was...NO BEER!!!!!!

Horrible Services with Sub-par Food. We recently received three fliers on our door. In the middle of the day, we had to call twice before someone answered!! When the representative finally answered, he was extremely rude and short with me. The meal was expensive for the small amount of food we received, and the quality was horrible! Our food was drowning in sauce, which didn't taste very good. To top it off, when the delivery man arrived, he was also not a pleasure to deal with; instead, he complained about the length of his delivery route. I will definitely never order from there again. I would give it 0 Stars if I could. Complete waste of money.

Horrible. I have gone into Wing Street, Wing Stop, Wing House, Quaker Steak and Lub and other wing places. This one has good food, but the staff was horrible. I felt rushed when I called the order in. When I came in my food was not ready. I was quoted 15 minutes and I came in 25 or more. I talked to the owner for a few minutes after the food was done and he praised the military. I guess I should not have said anything about being in the Marines. By the time my food was done and in my hand, it took another 20 minutes for me to leave. During the time I was in there, he turned to an employee and I guess they forgot a drink. He began yelling at them. I have been here before and the other manager was very polite. He made sure I got what I needed and really took care of me. This was a few months ago. I have never seen the owner, but I will make sure I won't order from there when the owner is there.
