Get Your Red Meat Fix. You like steak? You will love Max and Sam's. This place is a chop shop, which means its about the meat. Iowa raised, grain feed beef. Yeah the Chilean sea bass is good and some people swear by their Ossobuco, but to me its about grilled steaks.

My favorite is the rib-eye. Pricey yes at $35, but more food then I can eat so there is plenty for steak tacos tomorrow. Get the bistro fries, maybe the asparagus if you feel the need to offset pure protein with something green, but that is all just something to do between bites of magnificent meat. But please do not order it any more done than medium rare, its just becomes a waste of potential flavor.

Save your money. Me and my wife had dinner there last Friday.

The waiter failed to tell us about one of the specials. We heard him tell the selections to the table behind us. We had already made are dinner selection. The appetizers were good. My wife had the mussels and I had the Carappicho.

I had the soup and it was good. The waiter recommended steaks stating that's what they were know for. I had the filet and shrimp my wife had the baseball cut. There were the worst steaks I had ever had. The potatoes were barely warm and bland. We both only ate half of the steaks and took them home for the dog. My wife would not let me complain. We will never go back. Save your self some cash and go anyplace else.

Great food, better enterainment. Great place for couples looking to relax and de-stress! The food is great and the owners are very friendly but when you are done, you have to go to the piano bar. Carl will provide you with great entertainment, laughs and lots of fun! Like to dance, great. Just want to talk and enjoy the music, great! You will become a regular! Carl is one of the best musician's in the area. Great variety of people and music! Something for all!
