A Pleasant Surprise!. We recently stayed at Wingate Hotel down the street from Broadway Ristorante & Pizzeria, and I took a chance and called them based on their Yellow Book ad. It was nice that they had a menu posted in there. The lady who took my order was courteous and helpful, answering all my questions. She said the delivery would be 40 minutes, but they were there in about half that time. I was very impressed.

The food was not just good, but great! We got a pizza (brick oven!) and an Eggplant Parmesan dinner, which was the best I've ever had. It must've had a pound of (thin, which I love) spaghetti with it. The mozzarella garlic bread is highly addictive! I can't wait until I go back to this area to order again. Prices are quite reasonable, even with the $1.50 delivery charge. I'm happy to pay that for the quality of the food and service.

The only negative was the salad. It was FULL of minced AND sliced green peppers, which is my least favorite vegetable on Earth (it was odd, since the lady who took my order suggested a salad, and I'd previously asked her and made sure there were no peppers in the marinara for the Eggplant.) The lid had come off the dressing in transit, so I couldn't even had taken the salad home for my husband to eat. Small drawback to an excellent meal. I'll just remember to not order salad next time.

All in all, an A+. It's always risky, picking someone out of the phone book, but this one worked out very well!
