Entering this restaurant reminded me of the tiny food shops I use to go to in Korea. Very austere with nothing for the yuppie crowd. The food is totally authentic in every detail. Felt like I was back in Chun Chon. Perfectly prepared and presented. You must try their Kimichi Mando. Their chicken wings are perfect and the Korean pork was wonderful. If you want to experience a true Korean restaurant, you must try Soul of Korea. Don't expect any frills, just great food and friendly service.

Classic home-cooked Korean.. If you are into classic home-cooked Korean, this is it. They call it "Soul" of Korea for a reason, and it certainly lives up to its namesake. We no longer have to make the trek to Orlando for proper Korean, when the best is just a few minutes away here in Tampa. Even the kimchi is made in-house!

Exceptionally friendly and a wonderful addition to our regular dining repetoire.
