The Jimi Hendrix Experience of Italian Food. I've been to this Carrabba's on two different occasions in the last year while travelling. For starters, I found the staff there is top notch and they really seem to take pride in looking after their patrons...and almost all seemed to still be working there since my last visit which was a good sign. They were also very helpful making suggestions with the menu (as I'm not very cultured when it comes to Italian cuisine). The food was excellent and served hot right off the grill. The part I enjoyed most was sitting at the bar facing the kitchen in front of the wood-fired grill and watching how hard and "FAST" their chefs, manager, and waiters all work. It was organized chaos and in a constant state of kinetic motion. Between their friendliness, the smell of wood on the fire, great food, and front seat view of their ROCKING kitchen, it was a welcome break from being on the road and I left there with not just a good dinner, but a fun and inspring experience.

Great Carrabba's. Enjoy this Carrabba's very much. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
