very professional. Always made to feel at home. Staff is so friendly and Kara is the greatest! Anytime I call for an appointment they manage to get me in ASAP and most times it's on the same day...

Kara puts you at ease and very informative for 1st time waxers...

I love their Pure Fiji products...

Best place for bikini wax. I have always had a great experience at Pia's. The staff make you feel very comfortable and at ease during the waxing process. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. The place is always very clean and they make you feel pampered from the moment you enter the room. They always offer something to drink. The rooms look very posh and they seem to use high end products. Would recommend to all of my friends.

Best Spa in Westchase. Gorgeous and always immaculately clean spa. I only go to Pia's because i know they only hire the most competent and courteous staff and i have never been dissappointed. Try them out, you will be glad you did.

Pia Esthetics - Great Day @ the spa!. They treat you luxuriously as the larger spas do. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The facilities are clean and the staff practice good health standards. All items used are sanitary.

Always great service!. I have been a client at Pia's in Westchase for over a year. I probably have had every service offered and have never been disappointed. It is the best place I have ever gone for waxings. I am a faithful client!

Best Spa Ever. I go to this spa for the waxing services. There are no spas with these services available where I live, so I travel. They are such a clean environment, they are so good at keeping your dignity so you are never exposed or embarrassed, they are fast and extremely thorough, and very friendly and professional. The amenities are wonderful and it creates such a relaxing environment when you are there. I love this place and recommend it to everyone!!!!

would love to find out how great they are, no follow up?. Left a mess. once...no call back, actually spoke to someone the second time and offered to pay by phone ahead of time, was told I would get a call back, still waiting. It's too bad because they are very conveniently located from where I live, will try the spa up the street.
