Panchero's Mexican Grill - letter to the Company!. Below is a copy of the comment I just left on their website:

I want you to know that I eat Pancheros at least 3 times a month. That being said, I have NEVER been sooo SKEEVED out as I am today! I went to your 22nd Ave N. St. Petersburg, FL Store today and ordered my usual Chix Burrito. After waiting for over 5 min. for an employee to even come up to the front, the man that did proceeded to make my food with the same gloved hands from the back. Hand all over common door and window, and who even knows what he was doing behind that door!! THE CHICKEN IN THE OPEN STEAM BATH WAS BLACK!!! Additionally, since there was no one attending the front the other 9 chicken breast on the grill were also burned beyond black!!! All of the steam baths were uncovered so everything is COLD! And the finished product measured 5"L X 2"W. (hot dog with bun size) I did indeed measure it! I could have gotten that at Taco Bell for 1.99 as opposed to 6.51!!! Unable to stomach the idea of what ever was on his already dirty gloves being transferred to my food, I threw the entire meal away!! Terrible job Guys! This store needs some attention. You have lost a fan, I'm sorry to say!!! I am also listing this post on Facebook and our local citisearch websites! This was a beautiful store 2 years ago, and was WELL RUN! It's a disgrace now, and being run by folks who take absolutely no pride in their work or your reputation! I guess it's Chipotle from now on for me!
