Posh Pools did a FABULOUS job on our pool, we got the works! Rock Waterfalls, Travertine, Ceramic tile and pebble -tec for the inside of the pool. This job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Cody was wonderful to work with and the workers are great at what they do and keep busy. Walt knows all about pools and pumps etc and was always there for us when we needed him. I highly recommend Posh Pools even for the most custom jobs like ours. I highly recommend Posh Pools!

I hope this is the correct Posh Pools. The address says Clearwater but I dealt with Largo and Palm Harbor. Thought they only had two offices? Anyway they did a great job. We had our pool and spa redone with a pebble pool finish, pavers put down over or river rock, all new pool equipment, lighting, and more. No complaints. One of my better experiences in Florida to say the least. A little quick to want to get paid but I suppose that's how they pay the bills. I am pretty particular and was left happy that is what matters I suppose. Good job and we will recommend.

Travertine pool deck. Competitive pricing. Good work. Responded to any calls or concerns quickly. Had a project manager contact me every day. Rare in Florida compared to my other experiences they did a very good job. The only complaint I can think of is I wish they would have offered sealing the travertine as part of the original proposal. 5 stars all the way though great job guys!

Good job. Good job overall. Got delayed a bit from weather but they were back out as soon as the rain cleared. I am very happy and had a small warranty issue after being paid in full that they came back to fix immediately. That's all I can ask for these days. Would use again.

Start to Finish as we paid for. I initialy met with and accepted four bids for the renevation of our associations swimming pool. The company owner came out (Cody) and he was very personable and polite. Bids were taken on an equal basis as to what we wanted done. Interier marquis finish with colorful tile around the inside top border along with pavers and coping tiles around the exterier areas. Posh wasnt the least expensive but that is not what we were looking for, they were in the middle but in the end gave us more for our money. Everyone within our association is very satisfied. Posh also came out the first two cleanings and regulated the PH as promised. We use them to maintain our new pool now and they are the best we have used.

Great job easy to work with. Did my pool and the neighbors at the same time. Easy to work with, stayed on schedule and kept all promises. My neighbor is much pickier than me and he is happy as well. New pebble marcite looks great.

Great job thanks!. Just had my pool and tile done and had a great experience. Except for this site they have great reviews everywhere I looked. Maybe jealous competitors? Anyways two thumbs up thanks guys use me for a reference anytime!

Terrible Customer Service; Do NOT go here. The customer service is terrible. They do not return your phone calls. You have to call them multiple times and hound then before you can get someone on the phone. Then they make excuses why they didn't call you back. They do not show up at all when they say they are going to show up and then make up excuses why they didn't show up. We didn't like the way our pool turned out and they pretty much told us that they couldn't do anything about it.



Save yourself the headache. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they treat their customers better.

Go Elsewhere. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. Not very professional workers. One of them actually blew smoke into my face (really, no joke). Sometimes they just didn't show up when they said they would. We had problems with the completed job (they agreed). It took 8 months to get them to correct it. They were not very helpful nor very understanding. When I became indignant about the length of time it was taking, the owner actually said "You act like we came and took your money". I had to remind him that they did take my money and I still didn't have what we paid for. When the problem was corrected, it was not what we originally wanted and they ended up owing us a partial refund. I had to pester them for weeks to get them to finally cut the check. Glad to be done with them.

Great job!. Contracted with them to do a rather large project. Though they were not the lowest priced they were very competitive. I went with them because after I went to their show room and looked at materials etc I felt very comftorable they knew what they were doing.

Everything went as promised and then some. Travertine deck is gorgeous and the abalone shell they added to the pebble pool finish is a great finishing touch. Thanks for the suggestion.
