My husband and I worked with Jim Smith at Crown Eurocars. We looked for over a month and went to several dealerships in the area. We by far received the best service here. We were very particular with what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. We told Jim our specifications and were alerted immediately once it was available. We never received unnecessary phone calls or emails. He went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. We love our 2010 Mercedes GLK!

Matt Taneja rocks! Over the past year we had researched Audi, BMW, Jaguar, and Lexus and were left disappointed with the attitude and lack of knowledge of most sales people we dealt with in the Bay area.This was our first Mercedes purchase after having owned Porsche, Jaguar, and Lexus. Our salesman, Matt Taneja, at Crown Eurocar was professional, informative, enthusiastic, and polite. He was also exceedingly patient with our myriad of questions. Matt was THE main reason we chose the Mercedes-Benz S550.

We found our experience with Matt to be excellent in all categories. He has been timely with responses for requested information to all of our communications. Matt has further committed to any future needs we might have. We highly recommend Matt Taneja at Crown Eurocar.

I recently purchased a luxury used car at Crown Eurocars. The entire staff was courteous and professional, but the sales associate that I worked with, Bill Martin, was outstanding. He was friendly, service oriented, and helped negotiate a great price on the car I purchased there. I will recommend Crown and Bill to my friends and family, and anyone looking to purchase a luxury new or used car.

Amazing dealership, no need to go anywhere else. First class from start to finish. Tony Diamond (Sales) and Jason Good (Manager) took such excellent care of us that we are planning to trade our other car for another new Mercedes. If service, value and quality are important to you, you owe it to yourself to visit these guys. Five out of five stars!!!!!

FIRST CLASS...EVERY ASPECT!!! There is nowhere else I would recommend buying a mercedes other than Crown Eurocars and no other salesman I would refer other than Jason Dees. My experience buying my new ML far exceeded all expectations and I look forward to buying each and every car there in the future...as well as referring them to all of my friends and family!! Jason was extremely helpful in walking me thru the entire process and explaining everything so that there were no surprises. He was so patient in going over all of the features, which can be a difficult task with me (being that I don't always get it the first time around) Thanks so much for making my car buying experience so accomodating and pleasant!!

ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. This is our third Mercedes that we have purchased from Tony Diamond at Crown Eurocars. So that should say it all!! Every transaction has gone smooth. Even though we are no longer living in Florida, Tony was my first call when I was reaching the end of the lease. The total transaction was done by phone and emails. Tony met us in Orlando with the new vehicle and the paper work was executed in the lobby of the hotel. He drove the old vehicle away and off we went with the new. I must say that I miss the Crown service department experience but long as I drive a Benz, I will be purchasing from Tony and Crown....why change now?

Awesome Experience. Crown Eurocars is one of the best Mercedes dealerships in the country. I must echo the previous reviews…which all happen to be positive. This is not a coincidence! Dennis Campbell, my sales consultant, made my car buying experience *fun* and *exciting*. Yes, I just used those two words to describe buying a used car. Walking into the showroom was better than my local car show since it was filled with everything from an SLS AMG to a Maybach! Dennis gave me a brief tour of the dealership before showing me the car we spoke about on the phone. He made the car like new…repairing a few small chips on the front bumper and some minor dings on the passenger door edges. Dennis also helped me secure an awesome deal. The car I liked was a rare diesel model, and Dennis went to manager several times on my behalf to negotiate. There was never any pressure to buy…instead, Dennis made sure the car did not sell before I got to the dealership. Even as a Virginia resident, I would not hesitate to fly to Crown Eurocars in St. Pete for my next car!!

Dennis Campbell...Great Service and Attn to Detail. I had a great experience at Crown Eurocars. I was very skeptical about buying a car sight unseen from a dealership 850 miles away, but the purchase exceeded my expectations. Dennis Campbell was an excellent sales consultant and ensured that my car was perfect before pickup. In addition to basic reconditioning and an oil change, Dennis provided a new set of floor mats and four Continental OE tires. I was so impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond even though my car was too old to qualify for the Certified Pre-Owned program. A+ for awesome environment and customer service priority!!

Crown CLS550. I had been looking for a pre-owned 2009 Mercedes CLS550. I informed my sales consultant Matt Taneja at Crown and told him exactly the colors and packages I wanted the car to come with. Well they found it. Both the car and Matt exceeded my expectations. Matt and Crown made sure the car was in mint condition before handing it over to me. Matt has also been in frequent touch with me over the past few weeks to make sure everything is working well with the car.
