Casual Elegance. The Black Palm Restaurant lends a level of elegance to the Historic District of Pass-a-Grille on Eighth Avenue. The atmosphere is romantic and festive. Whatever your mood dictates! The Sancocho de Pollo ( chicken soup) is filling and flavorful. The Chilean Sea Bass is always cooked to perfection. Moist and succulent. One has to follow the delicious meal with a necessary indulgence: The cheesecake de guava! You won't be disappointed. Be sure to call ahead for a reservation.

Carribean atmosphere. wonderful calamri, terrific bar area,great addition to pass a grille area.
