really stupid customer service!.
If it is possible to give a company negative stars, these guys deserve it. I spent 2 weeks doublechecking on my order because first they ordered the wrong lenses, then they could not call their lab and find out where my order stood. When I finally did get my glasses in, I found that they were completely useless because the doctor did not bother to listen when I said for computer work and gave me a perscription for the wrong distance. They did offer to adjust them, but how much confidence can you have in people whose idea of customer service is, "uh, what was your name again?"
