Manager does not seem interested. We have liked this place for several years and still do. However on a resent visit having some dissatifaction I ask to talk to the manager. Dave came to us and had the attitude as if he does not care if we come back again or not!!! I think the corporation, Smokey Bones, needs to see that the customers are satified enough to come back again. It is a great place, but you should feel appriciated as a customer.

Don't go. Management is beyond rude. Although the food was all right, Management was awful. I think his name was Mike and he was rude. I will never go there again.

Honestly, I will just stick to smaller eating establishments. I am really tired of the big chains and lack of customer service.

Just say "No!"

Great Food, Great atmosphere. Little pricy and Doesn't carry PPV games. GREAT FAMILY OUTING!. Checked this place out Saturday hoping to watch a game that was on PPV. Sadly, they do not carry those games but the atmosphere was amazing. Huge dining area with plenty of room to move around. The nicest thing though was that they had a speaker box at every table and you had your choice of 8 TVs to choose to listen to. All with different games on. All the TVs are centrally located over the bar except the big screens. The food was great. Good old BBQ! The prices are a little steep but you pay for this kind of atmosphere. The staff was courteous. Great place for a family sports outing!
