The protection plan is totally worth it! Our table and night stand top got really scratched up and they came out to repair then, no problem. The night stand was too badly scratched so they replaced the piece! Just like they said they would, it arrived and was delivered by friendly folks :-)

My salesperson, Joseph, was very, very knowledgeable about the product and gave me the best price possible. My order was delayed by the manufacturer but Joseph called just as soon as he knew the order was ready to be delivered. The delivery was made right on time and the delivery staff were quick, efficient but careful with the product and my home. I plan to go to Hudson's whenever I have furniture needs.
