I called up Air Rescue after a friend recommended them, she got a great deal so it was a no brainer. They had very friendly techs come out and service was great! Professional, hard working, and pleasant sums it up pretty well, didn't anticipate that but I am definitely glad I listened to my friend. Thank you guys for everything, extremely satisfied customer #2 over here!
We have a long history with this company...some good some bad...just had another maintenance visit and again we are not entirely satisfied, just ok...technician had me questioning whether he did all the things he was supposed to do, and then he was not happy when the price he wanted me to pay didn't match the price I had agreed upon with the (pleasant) girls in the office. 421200
Staff is very knowledgeable; the technician, Chase, answered every one of my questions. Excellent experience with them! Will recommend.
Vince Chiaramonte was successful in programming the thermostat and air handler on variable speed.
My techs Peter and Brian where absolutely professionalism they where polite and prompt. I have a brand new home and they took amazing care not to soil the carpet or floors. They explained everything to me about the maintenance of my product, and how to care for it These guys are Great I highly recommend them.

air rescue service. Job 405762. All the tech had to do was install a new leaf barrier since the previous one they had sold me was restricting the air flow on my a/c. I was told that the previous tech probably was not experienced enough to know what part was inappropriate for the size of my system. Even so, I was told the part would be installed in May and it wasn't til 7/31. Not real pleased with Air Rescue and I have two silver memberships with them that I am rethinking at this point.
The technician, Alex, was prompt. He
was also efficient and thorough in going about his seasonal checkup. He found no problems with my AC unit, but did recommend a condensate line clean out and surge protection.
