Tampa >Pump It Up
I have toured all of the bounce house
places and Pump it Up is by far the best. Their Parties are truly Private and their party rooms are huge. My son is on the Spectrum and the staff at Pump it Up were very attentive and made his party special.
The other Bounce House places were boasting semi-private parties with inflatables, arcade games or other gym structures. Although they looked interesting on the web, when I visited their facilities, it was clear that they were anything but private. They each allowed multiple parties and people off the street into my party space.
Pump It Up is my choice!!!!
Great Party experience.
I researched Pump It Up before booking, my friends told me it that it's the best place for a private kids party.
They were right!!
My kids chose the Westchase location based on their inflatables and I chose it because it was clean.
Our party was last weekend and it was fabulous. The kids had a blast, the pump it up staff played with them non-stop. I got to enjoy my sons birthday and best of all I did not have anything to clean up.
We will be back next year.
Overcharged for B-day Party. Pump it Up quoted me a price and sent it to me in writing. The day of the party they charged me $60 more. Rather than making a scene at my daughter's birthday party with friends and family around, I thought that I would take care of it over the phone later in the week. When I called to get an adjustment the lady yelled at me, told me that I was wrong, and hung up on me. Made a personal visit to the location to resolve with the manager and without hesitation she picked up the phone and threated to call the police. I'm guessing by her reaction that I am not the first person to have a similar issue.
Worst service I've ever seen! Pump it Up off Racetrack Road!. I pull up to the Pump it Up location off of Race Track Rd. this morning at 10:35. It had been storming all morning and we finally had a lull to exit the car. The open sign was in the window, lights on, door unlocked, and a worker at the front desk. There was not a car in the parking lot....perfect, I can unload the kids right at the front door. Triplets (2 year olds), a 5 year old, and an 11 year old. I get the first two babies indoors and than it begins pouring again. One more baby, 2 others, and myself to go. We get completely soaked, but happy that we are inside and excited about play-time. The teenager behind the desk looks at me and says we are closed until 1:00pm. I said; are you kidding me? You watched me unload 5 kids (four which are in car seats, and 3 who are now soaking wet, and than you tell me you are not open! She says we don't open until one, I asked; why do you have an open sign in your window, the lights on, and the door unlocked. She states they have a birthday party going on. Mind you, there is NOT one car in the parking lot, nor a person in sight! Any business with sense would have taken my $50 dollars and let the kids play. NO........she had me load up the 5 kids in a now major thunder storm. Bad service and bad management. It is a school holiday and you are not open for free play until 1pm? You treat customers this way when you have brand new competition across the street? Well, guess what? The brand new Jump Zone across the street was open, and had a completely full facility! I WILL NEVER come to you again, and will tell any and every one who will listen this story. I can't imagine that you will be in business very much longer with your bad customer service, and new competition acroos the street!
