Beadcorp is great place !!!!!. Wow I have shopped there for over 15 years and have never had a problem there. The staff is always very helpful,

I agree with there comment below because in the 18 years I have done beading I have seen stores come and go. And the stores that usually close are the ones that talk trash about the others. Keep your heads up high beadcorp you'll still be around when there not!!!!!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever!. Good bead selection but...the employees look so unhappy and do not attempt to help or provide assistance. In fact, the employees were more attentive with their argument then helping out customers. I've been in there twice now and both times I have been turned off by the lack of customer service.

poor customer service. If you know what you want, the prices are good. If you expect to be assisted in making choices, forget about it. Very inattentive staff.

BAD BUSINESS HABITS. Never answers the phone - say they are too busy. Don't let customers know when they are closed for inventory which is inconvenient for those who travel more than 50 miles to get in the store. Don't answer emails either. What a lousy way to do business. Also, the upper management has attitude problems!!!! THERE ARE OTHER PLACES I CAN GO TO GET WHAT I NEED WITHOUT ALL THE B.S.

I have no clue who this person is but, yes we were short a couple of people the last couple of months. Business has been so busy that you are right we were not able to answer the phone all of the time sorry about that. Also we have closed for inventory the same time every year for the last 21 years. We leave a message on our answering service stating that fact, we also put up signs a month in advance, and we post it on our website a month prior.
