Worth the travel. I have always thought North Bay was great. We have to come from New Port Richey these days, but the care and affection shown twords our little goldie makes it well worth it.

awesome!. I am new to owning a cat. Dr. Lassett was wonderful, she answered all of my questions and was very helpful. All off the staff are so pleasant and lucky for me the bill was about $120 less then I expected, so I was extra happy!

Truly caring. I have worked as a vet tech for over 25 years in the past. When I first brought both of my dogs to this facility, I never mentioned that I worked in the field. I can honestly say all of the staff, as well as the doctors, have treated both my family and pets with great care. I feel you truly care about my animals as much as I do and are concerned about my opinions and concerns. Thank you so much for caring about keeping the clients you have instead of just focusing on how to get new ones. Many pet hospitals don't do this.

Compassion At It's Best. The staff and the doctors at North Bay Animal & Bird Hospital always provide excellent service. We have received wonderful service with our dogs and appreciate everyone's empathy and compassion as we handle Mocha's recent diagnosis. Thanks
