Great Tapas. I love Vizcaya. Felix is awesome. His Sole is tremendous. My favorites are his fresh seafood specials and the Spanish Tortilla. You should also try his croquetas de jamon and ajillo shrimp.

My new best favorite!. I went to Vizcaya for dinner last nigth ! what a cute little restaurant ! its like being in Europe!! The menu its so extensive and trully authentic! We had a deal for 70 dollars with a bottle of Spanish Garnacha wine! One the best meals in the past months maybe years for 70 bucks.! profesinal waiters helpep us top create our tasting $70 . w e had Salmon ceviche for app, then Wild mushroom and truffle soup, a very nice Filet mignon with this incredible sauce and my huisband had a Filet of Sole with crab meat, and they also gave us a crema catalana for dessert, its like a cremebrulle but silkier. But the price its not the only amaizing thing to this joint , this food its just unbelivable !! Im so happy I found this place !!!

Great food created by one of the best chefs in Tampa. I've been to Vizcaya various times for lunch and dinner and have always greatly enjoyed the experience. The dishes are very tasty and creative. Felix Piedra, the chef, is one of the best chefs in Tampa. Vizcaya has a repertoire of very sophisticated as well as classic spanish/mediterranean dishes.

I've also worked with Felix and Vizcaya on catering events for my business. Needless to say, my guests loved the food and found it very tasty and unique.

We have a Spanish cuisine gem here in Tampa. Don't miss it.

Amazing food everytime!. This is my absolute favorite restaurant. My husband and I do not live in the area anymore, but when we did, we ate at Vizcaya all of the time. Now we go any chance we get when we are in town. The food is always amazing and I always leave there stuffed because I want to try everything. There is something for everyone there and the large selection of tapas gives you a chance to try different things. You must try Vizcaya and I promise you will be hooked!

Romantic and delicious, and fun!. I have to say I didn't even know about this restaurant. It 's on a quiet little corner on Dale Mabry in old Carrollwood. I was taken there on a first date not too long ago and was so impressed with this place I've been numerous times since. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and were very accomodating. The tapas we ordered were amazing and the wine that the waiter reccomended was a great value. It's really fun to order a variety of tapas to share and gives you plenty to talk about on a first date or second or third. On subsequent visits, i've had the sangria--wow is that awesome. Lunch is also a great value!

Consistent Product/Service. I have visited the Vizcaya Restaurante & Tapas Bar on several occasions. Each visit I experienced the same courteous service and quality cuisine. I have met the owner and chef, Felix Piedra, and respect his passion for cooking and his rapport with the patrons. I do not make recommendations unless the product or service exceeds my expectations.
