Peruvian cuisine at its best. At Terra Sur you will find awesome examples of what Peruvian cuisine is about.

From classics like Lomo Saltado (strips of sirloin marinated in vinegar, soy sauce and spices, then stir fried with red onions, parsley and tomatoes) and Cebiche (seafood prepared in a centuries old method of cooking by contact with the acidic juice of citrus juice instead of heat...incredible!) to less known dishes like Pulpo al Olivo (Octopus medallions, in a smooth creamy black olive sauce) and Picante de Mariscos (Mixed seafood cooked with coconut milk and a seasoned tomato sauce, over sliced boiled potatoes) Terra Sur offers the best of Peruvian cuisine.

The staff is friendly and efficient , the atmosphere inviting. The owners are always around making sure service is at its best.

Try Terra Sur and you will make of it one of your favorite dining spots

Best restaurant in Carrollwood. This restaurant has amazing Spanish food and desserts. Our waitress was amazing and spoke perfect Spanish. They have bands hear on the weekends and is a great date spot. Hidden gem in the Carrollwood area. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
