Not so good Italian experience.... The piano player was GREAT but in such a small area, the tone could have been lowered in order for the customers to hear the conversation at the table. The waiter was attentive but after 1/2 an hour and still no meal...waiter should've come to the table to reassure us the meal was in process or just anything! Upon meal arrival, NY Style pizza looked & tasted like microwave pizza and grilled salmon was browned at ends and hard (overcooked). When going "out to eat" , people want to pay for a well done plate that's equivalent to the price. When a customer tells the waiter of their dis-satisfaction and the waiter address's the problem to the manager on shift, the manager should not just tell the waiter to take it off the bill and NOT acknowledge the customers but simply run outside. The manager and the esablishment lose's credibility along with customer's respect that way and by all means the customer WILL pass the exerience around to prospectable customers! Our exerience was not the authentic Italian experience advertised and we were solemnly disappointed.

I have never been disappointed. I have had Rigatoni cater several events and eaten at the restaraunt several times. I have never been disappointed. The food is superb and the service was wonderful. You know the owners really care about the experience customers get. I highly recommend Rigatoni Tuscan Oven for lunch or a night on the town.

Great Food Great Service. I took my wife & children to Rigatoni's last week. The food & service were totally impressive. Even my youngest son,the picky eater, cleaned his plate. He rarely does this. I can't what to have them cater my company's Christmas party. Try Rigatoni, you won't be disapointed.

Best Catering Place in Tampa!. The attention to detail, service, theme, and overall professionalism of Catering By Rigatonis is unmatched in Tampa.

Use them for your next event, no matter what the size and be prepared to be happy and worry about nothing but having a good time!

---> THE BEST <-----. Omg.!!. My husband and I just ate there at Rigatoni's and let me tell ya'll the food was amazing and totally worth the money!!! I had the chicken marsalla and several of their garlic knots, YUMMY!!!! My boo had the seafood casaroll and the sause on that was so good I wanted to drink it... GOOD GOOD FOOD, EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT OWNERSHIP, ROMANTIC ENVIRONMENT.!.! THANXX RIGATONI'S!

The Sauce!. My wife and I went for dinner after driving by many times. We totally enjoyed our dinner. My Mom's sauce is the only one I've had better than this. There is no question this is the best Italian outside Federal Hill in Providence. I expect to be on a first name basis with the staff pretty quickly because I will be eating there regularly. Deliscous food, excellent service, enjoyable atmosphere. This Italian Boy gives it his highest recommendation!

Food was good, price outragous. Food was good, the portions were ok but the price was way TOO expensive. $14 for a bowl of Baked Ziti for lunch, rediculous.

Best Sauce (aside from my mother's that is)!!!!. You gotta go there! When you walk in you can smell the sauce !! Then you look up and you can see the people makin' your food!! We sat down and had the best Marinara Sauce I've had since N.Y.!!! I felt right at home.

I had the mussels with marinara sauce and Joe had the Fried Ravioli to start. Then came this awesome pip'n hot garlic bread right from the oven!! Good stuff.

I loved their sauce so much i ordered Lasagna. It was "the bomb!" You gotta try it!

The waiters made us feel right at home too.

We'll be back again real soon.

Great Service!!! Great Pizza!!! Down to earth!. We came by on a wednesday night and we were delighted by the staff and the food. Great Service!!! Great Pizza!!! We plan to be back many times.
