Highly recommended.. Rouen Thai is a fantastic Thai restaurant, with knowledgeable staff, delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. Everything that they serve is fresh and prepared to your specifications, the servers friendly and attentive and the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I, personally, and obsessed with their tom yum gai and the green chicken curry with brown rice; however, I've tried many of their meals and can say that I've yet to be disappointed. I would recommend this place to a Thai connoisseur or neophyte.

Not Chonburi style. I will not complain too much because I just come from Thailand and I know I maybe more critical then most people. I just wanted some real Thai food and let my mom taste some too. The food did not taste bad but did not taste like Chonburi food I fell in love with. I was corrected when I asked for Thum yum gong, the lady told me Thum yum shrimp which means the same if you know Thai. What I got was not what I wanted it did not look or taste like what I would get in Thailand when I order Thum yum gong.

I was confused why they called their Spring rolls Egg rolls.

I may go again some day. The food was not bad, the restaurant has a Thai feel and look . The staff was good to us, but I will try other places first to find my Thum Yum gong and food I miss.

Unrelated note

Staff did not seem Thai but the lady was that took our order. I did not speak Thai to her but asked about an Issan (North Thailand) Dish she said they can make it but did not have sticky rice to go with the Larb moo. I guess I miss Thailand too much and should stop complaining.

Great Thai food - Highly recommend. We had a great time at this restaurant. The wait staff was very attentive and there was good food presentation. We tried the coconut milk soup and the spring rolls for appetizers. Neither were spicy, but were very flavorful. We had crispy duck and peanut chicken for our entrees. Again, not spicy, but great flavors. This is the first Thai restaurant we've tried in Tampa and we feel we picked a good one.

Top-notch Thai, both in regards to food and atmosphere. No complaints whatsoever. My wife and I were seated promptly, had appetizers punctually and were treated extremely respectfully! Our server was painfully honest regarding the "spicy-ness" of the dishes, which I myself learned the hard way! Subsequent dishes were served more quickly than I could handle, and were completely delicious. We will definitely visit this establishment again.
