I went today with the hopes of buying my wedding dress. Woman who attended to me was very nice. Found a dress that I absolutely FELL IN LOVE WITH. Price was a teeny bit over budget but I was fine with that. After going through the process, went downstairs to pay and am told the price is $200 more than the tag says and sales lady says it was incorrectly marked!!!!! Then she continues to tell me that a lot of the wedding dresses were marked incorrectly so the price they are tagged at is less then what they really are! These people are SCAM artists. They list the dresses for less and after you fall in love with a dress, hike up the price! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am not being unfair, this story is true and I want any bride to be to avoid being as heart broken as I was walking out empty handed.

buyer beware! run from rude lying unproffessionals.. Do not shop with these ghetto nonprofessionals. They scammed my bridesmaids out of an additional $10, can't find the dresses or know if they have even come in yet, a couple came in and when i asked why didn't they call they said because they don't call when the dresses come in. Awesome Place for Dresses. I was reading the other review and I didn't think it was very fair so I wanted to write my personal experience with this company. First, I have bought a wedding dress, four bridesmaids dresses, two quince dresses, a boys tux, jewelry, shoes, and the list goes on. I have always been very pleased with the experience! All of the dresses are very beautiful and I have had no problems at all! She does tell you up front when you order the dress that some alterations may be needed. She has a ton of signs that say all sales are final. She does let you try on a dress of the same size before you order to ensure you are happy. She is very reasonable and the dresses are very affordable! i love going to Jays because they are very inexpensive and they have a great quality and selection of dresses!

Brides Beware. Unless you try that dress on at the store, DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER ANYTHING! All sales are final if it is a special order and you are not made aware of this before hand. My wedding dress did not fit properly and J's refuses to give you your money back if it is a special order. Now I am stuck with two wedding dresses and out of a lot of money. J's fashions claims to order directly from the designer. I ordered the same dress/size/designer that I tried on at another store. J's dress did not fit the same. I even went back to the original store to try on the dress again. It fit perfectly. J's fashions refuses to return it to the designer, even though it is defective. Brides-unless you buy off the rack-don't buy from J's Fashions!
